- productive actions that you are performing well so that that you can continue to take these actions…or even better, improve them;
- productive actions that you are not performing as well as you could so that you can improve your performance;
- potentially productive actions that you are not currently performing so that you can consider starting to perform them;
- unproductive actions that you are performing, so that you can stop wasting resources on them.
