In Your Professional Service Marketing, What’s Working Well…And What’s Not?

June 5, 2012

A marketing performance assessment helps identify and classify your marketing activities as:

  1. productive actions that you are performing well so that that you can continue to take these actions…or even better, improve them;
  2. productive actions that you are not performing as well as you could so that you can improve your performance;
  3. potentially productive actions that you are not currently performing so that you can consider starting to perform them;
  4. unproductive actions that you are performing, so that you can stop wasting resources on them.

    Feedback is crucial to success. Discover things that ARE working – and do more of them. Determine things NOT working and either stop doing them; or revise them and re-evaluate.

    Thanks for the assessment you sent me months ago. It helped me focus my time and efforts. I am about ready for round 2!
