What Additional Services Can You Provide To Clients?

What do your clients need and buy before, during and after you are working with them?

For example, if you provide online marketing coaching or consulting services, your clients need some form of marketing plan before they buy from you. To connect with clients earlier in the buying sequence, you could develop the capability to offer marketing planning.

Similarly clients will need a good website to facilitate e-mail and social media marketing. Like help with marketing planning, these are enhanced services that you can also provide to your clients.

Some people worry they will irritate customers by promoting more services. That need not be the case. You are demonstrating you are interested in them and that you are aware of their requirements. By offering enhanced services, you are increasing the value that clients receive.
