Larry Easto has delivered professional services for more than forty years, serving clients as a lawyer, consultant, and coach.
Despite the apparent differences in these roles, his approach was more facilitative than authoritative. Instead of telling clients what actions they should or shouldn’t be taking, Larry helped them understand their current situation in order to make the most appropriate decisions to achieve their desired results.
The heart of his work lies in experiential learning, the principles of which he applies to help clients develop and apply their own solutions to their issues and opportunities. Preferring to empower clients to meet and overcome their challenges over telling them what they should do, Larry endeavours to equip them with the right tools to make informed decisions.
He has authored over 30 books, eBooks, and video courses since 1993, sharing practical strategies for professional and business growth.
My review of the episode:

Although one of my earliest podcast interviews, my conversation with Neil Wilkins was one of my most enjoyable.
It was also one of my longest interviews. Which is probably why the interview was so enjoyable.
Not only did Neil take as much time as needed to pose thoughtful , well-articulated questions , he allowed me as much time as I needed to address the questions. What a joy!!
After listening to the interview, a number of true gems of podcast wisdom stood out.
I continue to be surprised as well as delighted whenever the concept of knowing ourselves pops up in a podcast interview.
Commonly attributed to Socrates, the ancient Greek philosopher, the advice is a relevant and essential today as it was in 400 B.C. Its importance was reflected in our discussion touching on such modern day concepts as desired outcome, experiential learning, missed marketing opportunities and client engagement.
And not surprisingly, one of my favorite talking points—the importance of interpersonal relationships—was also also a common theme throughout the interview.
As an experiential learner, I love unexpected learning opportunities whenever and however they arise.
And as a podcast guest, what an incredible experience to learn from your interview!
Thank you Neil, for such a great interview.
